Together, you will define requirements, system architectures, and project milestones. \n\nThe ability to understand regulations/restrictions when designing and taking a product to market is essentail, as you'll ensure designs meet quality, safety, and EMC standards, while supporting validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness. You will also regularly work closely with suppliers and partners to optimise cost, reliability, and scalability, while embedding best practices in systems engineering, design for manufacture (DFM), and test (DFT).
\n\nYou must be a team player, and a manager who cares about their team and their own development goals.
