HR Transformation Project Manager\n\n18‑Month Fixed Term - Lead the Change. Shape the Future.\n\nRole Overview - A Mission of Transformation\n\nStep into a role where you don't just manage projects - you reshape an entire HR ecosystem. As our HR Transformation Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind a suite of high‑impact initiatives, including the full implementation of MyPulse, a new Time & Attendance solution, and the decommissioning of legacy systems across a multi‑site manufacturing environment.\n\nYour work will define how our people experience HR for years to come.

This is your opportunity to lead with influence, partner globally, and deliver change that sticks.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMyPulse Implementation - Act as the local "business owner" for the full rollout of MyPulse, with a strong focus on Compensation and HCM modules.\nTime & Attendance Transformation - Lead the setup of a new clocking system across multiple sites, coordinating with Facilities, IM/IT, and Security to ensure flawless deployment.\nLegacy System Decommissioning - Oversee the retirement of the current T&A system, including historical data migration and change management.\nStrategic Planning & Governance - Define goals, deliverables, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with national and global HR standards.\nGlobal Collaboration - Serve as the key link between UK HR teams and international Centres of Expertise.\nReporting Excellence - Own local reporting within MyPulse and standard payroll run‑mode reporting (e.g., attendance hours).\nChange Leadership - Partner with Communications to deliver clear, engaging change messaging for employees, managers, and HR colleagues. \n\nEssential Criteria\n\nPostgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.\nProven project management capability, ideally within HR.\nUnderstanding of Time & Attendance processes and their payroll impact.\nAbility to define and validate roles, collaborating with global teams.\nStrong communication skills to manage expectations and deliver stakeholder updates.\nExperience building detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks.\nBackground in change management and HRIS adoption (MyPulse, MyHR).\nExperience acting as the local focal point for HRIS implementations and reporting. \n\nDesirable Experience\n\nCIPD Level 7\nHands‑on experience implementing MyPulse (Compensation & HCM modules).\nExperience decommissioning legacy T&A systems, including data migration.\nFamiliarity with deploying new clocking systems across multi‑site manufacturing environments.
