You'll be encouraged to challenge the status quo, identify skills gaps, and drive a culture of continuous learning. \n \nLearning & Development Specialist \n£37,000 - £40,000 | Birmingham | Full time site based with travel to other locations. \n \nKey Responsibilities \n- Design and deliver training programmes across digital and face-to-face channels \n- Conduct learning needs analysis and create development plans \n- Own and manage the annual appraisal process \n- Support graduate and apprenticeship programmes \n- Partner with managers to identify and address capability gaps \n- Manage LMS content and learning resources \n- Coordinate internal and external training solutions \n- Travel to UK sites as required \nAbout You \n- Proven experience in Learning & Development \n- Strong training design and facilitation skills \n- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools \n- Confident stakeholder manager with a proactive approach \n- Experience supporting graduate, apprenticeship, or talent development programmes would be advantageous \n- Looking to progress into a future leadership role \n \nWhat's on Offer?
