This Colchester school is committed to delivering high-quality education, supporting student achievement, and providing aspiring teachers with valuable school-based experience.\n\nJob Overview:\n * This school caters for students aged 11-16.\n * Full-time, Monday - Friday, Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant role.\n * Support students in Mathematics lessons across KS3-KS4.\n * Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions to raise attainment.\n * Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons.\n * Help students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude towards Mathematics.\n * Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.\n * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.\n * Work collaboratively with the Maths department and wider school team.\n * Contribute to intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities.\n\nThis Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant role in Colchester offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and ambitious environment, with a strong focus on professional development and career progression.
